This Privacy Policy is specific to Butterball, LLC, (“Butterball” or “We”) located in the United States. As part of our Terms and Conditions of Use, this Privacy Policy governs your visit to this website and any other website owned and operated by Butterball (the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy sets forth how we collect, store, and use the personal information you provide through each of our Sites. “Personal Information” is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. Personal Information We Collect and Why

If you choose to write to us, please include your name, address and any contact information that you want removed from our promotional contacts list, including phone numbers, and e-mail addresses, and state one of the following:

Transfer of Data To the United States

The Sites primarily target users residing in the United States and are governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the United States. We make no representation that the Sites are operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of, or governed by, any other nation.
