Bahama Breeze Turkey Burgers
Butterball Frozen Turkey Burgers take on flavors of the Islands with a chili/mayo mixture spread on the buns, and grilled pineapple and red onions to compliment the burgers.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Cooking spray
- 1 pound Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns, horizontally cut in half, toasted
- 4 slices pineapple
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 8 thinly sliced red onion rings

Combine chili sauce and mayonnaise. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Spray cooking grates of outdoor grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium direct heat. Form ground turkey into 4 patties, each 4 to 5-inches in diameter. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, turning over after 5 minutes. Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Place 1 slice cheese on each burger. Grill until cheese is melted. Remove burgers from grill; keep warm. Grill pineapple slices 1 to 2 minutes per side or until there are grill marks on each side. Remove from grill.
Spread mayo mixture evenly over cut surfaces of each bun. Layer bottom half of bun with lettuce, cooked burger, onion and pineapple. Cover with top of bun and serve.
