Turkey Pizza Quesadilla
A take-to-school sandwich for those who like cold pizza.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 package (5 ounces) Butterball® Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1 ounce pepperoni, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on each tortilla. Top each tortilla with 4 slices turkey breast. Sprinkle pepperoni pieces on half of each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese over pepperoni. Fold tortilla in half.
Heat each quesadilla in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until cheese melts.
To serve, cut each quesadilla into 3 wedges. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve like “cold pizza” for a take-with lunch.
