Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1 package (10 ounces) torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup broken tortilla chips
  • 1 package (10 ounces) Butterball® Southwest Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

Serving Suggestions
  1. Mix salsa and beans in small bowl until well blended; set aside.

  2. Divide lettuce evenly among 4 serving plates; top with layers of tortilla chips, salsa mixture and chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
