Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) broccoli coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 jar large Granny Smith apple, cored, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Directions
Serving Suggestions
  1. Combine broccoli coleslaw, cranberries, apple and caraway seeds in large mixing bowl.

  2. Whisk together orange juice concentrate, vinegar and vegetable oil. Add to salad mixture and toss gently to combine.

  3. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours to allow the flavors blend.
