Green Beans Caesar
Green beans combined with garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste and Parmesan cheese give this vegetable a new flavor twist.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 pounds fresh or frozen trimmed green beans
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add beans and cook 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
Heat olive oil and butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic. Cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in lemon juice and anchovy paste until well blended. Stir in beans and coat thoroughly with sauce. Season with pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
