Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cups cooked Uncle Ben's Fast & Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice
  • 1 package (14 ounces) Butterball® Smoked Turkey Dinner Sausage

Serving Suggestions
  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add celery, onion, pepper and garlic. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp

  2. Stir in chicken broth; bring to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until the liquid is reduced by half.

  3. Meanwhile, grill or fry sausage according to package instructions; keep warm.

  4. Stir rice into vegetable mixture. Slice and serve sausage with rice.
