Magic Turkey Burgers

Ground turkey seasoned with poultry seasoning and formed into burgers. Served on hamburger buns.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 5 hamburger buns, split, toasted
- No-stick cooking spray

Combine turkey, water, onion, seasoning blend and pepper. Mix well. Shape turkey mixture into five 1/2-inch-thick patties.
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium heat. Cook burgers 10 minutes or until no longer pink in the center and meat thermometer reaches 165°F, turning once.
Serve on buns.
