Easy Turkey Gravy with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- Turkey Pan drippings from a roasted Butterball
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cream sherry or cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Pour drippings from roasting pan into 4-cup measure. Remove 1/4 cup fat from drippings and place in medium saucepan. Discard remaining fat from drippings. If needed, add water to remaining drippings to make 2 cups.
Stir flour into fat in saucepan until smooth. Gradually blend in drippings and sherry. Cook and stir on medium heat until gravy comes to a boil and thickens. Stir in cranberry sauce, salt and pepper.
Serve over carved Butterball Turkey.
