Grilled Jalapeno Turkey Burgers

These spicy burgers are made with ground turkey, jalapeno peppers and spices and served on toasty buns.

Ingredients

  • No-stick cooking spray
  • 1 package (16 ounces) Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno peppers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns, split, toasted
Directions
Serving Suggestions
  1. Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with cooking spray. Prepare grill for direct medium heat.

  2. Combine turkey, green onions, jalapeno peppers, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape turkey mixture into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick.

  3. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until patties are no longer pink in the center and meat thermometer reaches 165°F.

  4. Serve in buns.
