- Spray cold cook grate with no-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare grill for medium direct-heat cooking.
- Place patties on cook grate.
- Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in the center and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer, turning once or twice.
Skillet:
Crumbled:
- Spray large nonstick skillet with no-stick cooking spray.
- Heat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.
- Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles.
- Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer.
Patties:
- Season turkey as desired and shape into five patties, each 1/2-inch thick.
- Spray large nonstick skillet with no-stick cooking spray.
- Heat over medium heat 30 seconds.
- Add patties and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in the center and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer, turning once or twice.
