Grilling:
- Prepare grill for medium direct-heat cooking.
- Spray both sides of tenders with no-stick cooking spray. * Place tenders on cook grate and grill 18 to 22 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink (and heated to 170 degrees), turning once.
Broiling:
- Preheat broiler.
- Spray both sides of tenders with no-stick cooking spray. * Place tenders on rack in broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 18 to 22 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink (and heated to 170 degrees), turning once or twice.
Skillet:
- Spray large nonstick skillet with no-stick cooking spray.
- Heat over medium heat.
- Add tenders and cook 5 minutes.
- Turn tenders over, cover skillet, reduce heat to medium-low, and continue cooking 10 to 13 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink (and heated to 170 degrees).
