If the Whole Turkey Breast Is Frozen
  • Thaw, breast up, in unopened wrapper, on a tray, in the refrigerator for 2 to 5 days.
  • DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
To Serve Cold
  • Remove whole turkey breast from wrapper.
