Frozen Whole Turkey Breast

Thaw in Refrigerator (not at room temperature)
- Place unopened breast on a tray in refrigerator for 1 to 3 days, or until thawed.
- To thaw more quickly, place unopened breast in sink filled with cold tap water for 4 to 8 hours. Change water every 30 minutes to keep surface of breast cold.
- When thawed, keep in refrigerator until ready to cook.
Prepare Whole Turkey Breast
- Remove plastic netting and package. Refrigerate gravy packet until ready to use. Drain juices and dry breast with paper towels.
- Stuff breast if desired. Prepare 2 to 4 cups of stuffing just before using. Fill rib and neck cavities with stuffing. Cover exposed stuffing with aluminum foil.
- Brush skin with vegetable oil or spray with no-stick cooking spray to prevent skin from drying. Additional basting is not necessary.
