Oven:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place in pan and bake 50 – 60 minutes to internal temperature of 165°F.
Cooking times may vary. Instructions are based on thawed (not frozen) product.
Do not exceed 170°F as the product will lose too much moisture.
Grilling:
- Preheat grill
- Sear 5 – 8 minutes on each side.
- Grill for another 20 minutes, turning several times.
- Check internal temperature with thermometer in thickest part of tenderloin. Cook to internal temperature of 165°F.
