Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place in pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes to internal temperature of 165 degrees (Based on thawed, fresh product, not frozen.)

Grilling:

  • Preheat grill.
  • Sear 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
  • Grill for another 20 minutes, turning several times, to internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Check internal temperature in thickest part of the tenderloin.
