Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place Turkey Thighs skin side up in baking dish, brush with vegetable oil, and cover.
- Bake for 1 3/4 hours. or until tender.
- Uncover for the last 15 minutes.
Skillet:
- Brown in lightly oiled skillet.
- Add 1 cup liquid, cover, simmer 1 1/4 hours, or until tender.
