Cooking Instructions

Grilling: Prepare grill for medium direct-heat cooking. Spray both sides of tenders with non-stick cooking spray. Place tenders on cook grate and grill 2 to 3 minutes per side or until turkey is lightly browned and no longer pink and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the tender.

Skillet: Spray large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat 30 seconds. Add tenders and cook 2 to 2½ minutes per side or until turkey is lightly browned and no longer pink and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the tender.
