Barbecue Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup hickory and brown sugar barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- no-stick cooking spray
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Combine turkey, onion, barbecue sauce, bread crumbs, salt and pepper until well blended. Shape into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick.
Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with cooking spray. Prepare grill for direct medium heat.
Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until they are no longer pink in the center and meat thermometer inserted in center reaches 165°F.
Serve in buns.
