California Style BBQ Turkey Pita
Honey, smoke and barbecue combine to make a statement. Add some cilantro for some extra zest.

Ingredients
- 1 slice pita bread
- 3 tablespoons honey barbecue sauce, divided
- 4 ounces (about 2 slices) Butterball® Honey Smoked Turkey Breast
- 2 slices Gouda cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 3 slices red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, optional

Preheat broiler.
Place pita bread on baking sheet. Brush with 2 tablespoons of the barbecue sauce.
Top with turkey and cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
Remove from broiler. Spread with remaining 1 tablespeen of the barbecue sauce. Top with shredded lettuce, red onions and cilanto.
Roll into a cone shape. Secure with a wooden pick and serve.
