Ingredients
- 1/2 head green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced Vidalia onion
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Combine cabbage, carrot, pepper and onion in medium bowl.
In separate bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar and oil. Stir in spices until well combined.
Add oil mixture to vegetable mixture; toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using.
