Pita bread topped with Butterball Meatballs in a marinara sauce, sliced Provolone cheese and banana pepper rings, then baked and served folded over.

Ingredients
- 32 Butterball® Frozen Seasoned Italian Style Meatballs
- 2 1/2 cups prepared marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 6-inch pita bread
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 8 teaspoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 slices (1/2 ounce each) provolone cheese
- 16 banana pepper rings

Combine meatballs, marinara sauce and chicken broth in large saucepan. Heat on medium heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until meatballs are heated through (160°)
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400° Place pita bread on baking sheet. Brush each with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
Place 8 heated meatballs on half of each pita bread. Spoon remaining marinara sauce evenly over meatballs. Sprinkle each pita bread with 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese. Top each with 2 slices provolone cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven. Place pita bread on individual serving plates. Top each with 4 pepper rings. Fold in half to serve.
