Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 ounces) Butterball® Fresh Hot Italian Turkey Sausage
  • 5 large bratwurst rolls, split
  • 5 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 5 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 5 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 large tomato, cut into 10 wedges

Serving Suggestions
  1. Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for direct medium heat. Grill sausage according to package directions.

  2. Place rolls, cut-sides down, on grill rack. Grill 1 minute, or until lightly toasted.

  3. Fill rolls with sausages. Top each with 1 tablespoon each mustard, onions and relish. Add 2 tomato wedges to each sandwich.
