Ingredients
- 1 package (14 ounces) Butterball® Fresh Hot Italian Turkey Sausage
- 5 large bratwurst rolls, split
- 5 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 5 tablespoons chopped onion
- 5 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 large tomato, cut into 10 wedges

Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for direct medium heat. Grill sausage according to package directions.
Place rolls, cut-sides down, on grill rack. Grill 1 minute, or until lightly toasted.
Fill rolls with sausages. Top each with 1 tablespoon each mustard, onions and relish. Add 2 tomato wedges to each sandwich.
