Classic Green Bean Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen French cut green beans
  • 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 package (6 ounces) bread stuffing mix
  • no-stick cooking spray
Directions
Serving Suggestions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F;

  2. Combine broth and soup in a large bowl; mix until well blended. Stir in green beans, water chestnuts and pepper. Pour mixture into well sprayed 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish.

  3. Combine stuffing and butter until blended. Evenly spoon over green bean mixture. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake 25 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
