Deep Fried Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Whole wheat tortillas spread with a mixture of prepared lite blue cheese dressing and optional hot sauce, topped with Butterball Chicken, lettuce, celery and red pepper strips.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lite blue cheese dressing
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, optional
- 4 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced Butterball® Deep Fried Buffalo Chicken
- 12 thin celery stalks
- 12 thin red pepper strips
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles, optional

Combine dressing and hot sauce. Spread tortillas evenly with dressing mixture.
Cover each tortilla with 1/4 cup lettuce, pressing lightly into dressing mixture. Top with 2 ounces sliced chicken, 3 each celery and pepper strips. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese.
Roll up tightly. Cut each wrap diagonaly in half to serve.
