Pumpernickel bread, spread with a dill-caper mayonnaise, then topped with turkey, cucumber and onion.

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons capers, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill weed, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 slices pumpernickel bread
- 6 slices Butterball® Thin Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast
- 2 slices cucumber
- 1 slice red onion

Combine capers, mayonnaise, dill and pepper. Spread evenly onto 1 side of each bread slice.
Top 1 of the bread slices with turkey, cucumbers and onions. Cover with remaining bread slice, mayonnaise-side down.
