Delicious Turkey Sandwich

Butterball

Pumpernickel bread, spread with a dill-caper mayonnaise, then topped with turkey, cucumber and onion.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons capers, drained
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill weed, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 slices pumpernickel bread
  • 6 slices Butterball® Thin Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 1 slice red onion
Directions
Serving Suggestions
  1. Combine capers, mayonnaise, dill and pepper. Spread evenly onto 1 side of each bread slice.

  2. Top 1 of the bread slices with turkey, cucumbers and onions. Cover with remaining bread slice, mayonnaise-side down.
