Easy Turkey Gravy with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • Turkey Pan drippings from a roasted Butterball
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cream sherry or cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Serving Suggestions
  1. Pour drippings from roasting pan into 4-cup measure. Remove 1/4 cup fat from drippings and place in medium saucepan. Discard remaining fat from drippings. If needed, add water to remaining drippings to make 2 cups.

  2. Stir flour into fat in saucepan until smooth. Gradually blend in drippings and sherry. Cook and stir on medium heat until gravy comes to a boil and thickens. Stir in cranberry sauce, salt and pepper.

  3. Serve over carved Butterball Turkey.
