Franks Hawaiian-Style
Butterball franks grilled and served on a bun, topped with pineapple-mango salsa and Butterball Turkey Bacon.

Ingredients
- 6 slices pineapple , canned or fresh
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup mango salsa
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons pickled ginger
- 1 package (16 ounces) Butterball® Bun Size Premium Turkey Franks
- 8 hot dog buns, split and toasted
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 6 slices cooked and crumbled Butterball® Turkey Bacon

Preheat grill to medium.
Lightly brush pineapple slices with oil. Grill 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Cut into 1/4-inch pieces.
Combine grilled pineapple, mango salse, cilantro and pickled ginger. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Grill hot dogs 6 to 10 minutes, turnng frequently until internal temperature reaches 160°
Place each frank in a bun. Spread with about 1 tsp. mustard. Divide mango salsa and bacon evenly over hot dogs.
