  1. Preheat grill to medium.

  2. Lightly brush pineapple slices with oil. Grill 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Cut into 1/4-inch pieces.

  3. Combine grilled pineapple, mango salse, cilantro and pickled ginger. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  4. Grill hot dogs 6 to 10 minutes, turnng frequently until internal temperature reaches 160°

  5. Place each frank in a bun. Spread with about 1 tsp. mustard. Divide mango salsa and bacon evenly over hot dogs.
