Fresh broccoli is combined with carrots, raisins and peanuts in a creamy dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons zesty honey mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets
- 1 large carrot, coarsely shredded
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- Directions

Mix mayonnaise, mustard and curry powder in small bowl until well blended. Place broccoli, carrot, raisins and peanuts in large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture; toss lightly.
Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
