Green Beans with Pesto
Fresh green beans are combined with onion and pesto

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed, about 4 cups
- 2 teaspoons pure vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped, about 1/2 cup
- 3 tablespoons pesto
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Directions

Place beans in medium saucepan; add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 minutes, or until beans are crisp-tender. Drain well; set aside.
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 minutes, or until tender. Stir in pesto, salt and pepper. Add beans; toss to coat.
