Ingredients

  • 1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach leaves
  • 2 packages (6 ounces each) Butterball® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup (about 3 ounces) fresh snow peas, blanched, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing

Serving Suggestions
  1. Divide spinach evenly among 4 serving plates; top with chicken, oranges, snow peas, bell peppers and almonds.

  2. Drizzle each salad with 2 tablespoons dressing just before serving.
