Huli Huli Turkey Burger

In Hawaiian, “Huli Huli” means to flip over and over or barbecue. Here’s a simple grill recipe you and your family are sure to enjoy over and over again.

Ingredients
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices
- 1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce or Kikkoman Marinade and Sauce
- 2 pounds Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs
- 8 whole grain hamburger buns
- 8 slices cheese, Cheddar or Monterey Jack

Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Drain pineapple, reserve 1/2 cup juice. In a small bowl, stir together teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice.
In a separate bowl, mix together turkey, ginger, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup teriyaki mixture. Shape into 8 patties.
Grill patties, brushing with remaining teriyaki mixture, until a meat thermometer inserted in center reaches 165°F.
Place pineapple slices on grill and cook until lightly golden brown. Serve burgers on buns with cheese and pineapple.
