For burgers, combine 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup onion, 1 seeded tomato, the egg, 2 tablespoons yogurt, the cilantro, ginger, garlic, garam masala, red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin and the salt. Add turkey; mix well. Shape into 6 (1/2-inch thick) patties. Coat both sides of patties with remaining 1 cup bread crumbs.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add patties. Cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in centers.
Meanwhile, for sauce, combine 1-1/2 cups yogurt, the seeded cucumber, 1/4 cup tomato, 1 tablespoon onions and 1/4 teaspoon cumin until well blended. Spoon evenly over cooked burgers.
