Italian Parma Sandwich
Robust grilled sandwich filled with prosciutto, turkey, arugula and provolone cheese

Ingredients
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1/4 pound (4 ounces) sliced provolone cheese
- 1 cup lightly packed arugula
- 1/4 pound (4 ounces) sliced prosciutto
- 3/4 pound (12 ounces) sliced Butterball® Thanksgiving Roasted Oven Roasted Turkey Breast with Skin On
- 1/4 cup butter

Top 4 of the bread slices with cheese. Cover with arugula, prosciutto, turkey and remaining cheese. Top with remaining bread slices.
Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
Heat large skillet on medium heat. Add 1 to 2 sandwiches at a time. Cook 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
