Italian-Style Turkey Cheese Burgers
Italian seasoned turkey burgers with provolone cheese, spinach, tomato and basil on Italian bread

Ingredients
- 10 hamburger buns or onion Kaiser rolls
- 5 teaspoons Italian dressing
- 1 package (16 ounces) Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey - (93/7)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 5 slices (5 ounces) provolone or mozzarella
- no-stick cooking spray
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced

Spread the insides of each roll with 1/2 teaspoon dressing. Set aside. Mix turkey, Italian seasoning and garlic salt in medium bowl until combined. Shape into 5 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until patties are no longer pink in the center and meat thermometer inserted in centers reaches 165°F. Top each patty with cheese slice during last minute of grilling. Lightly toast buns on gril, if desired.
Cover bottom of buns evenly with spinach, basil and tomatoes. Place turkey burger on tomatoes and cover with tops. Serve immediately.
