Magic Turkey Burgers

Ground turkey seasoned with poultry seasoning and formed into burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 hamburger buns, split, toasted
  • No-stick cooking spray
Directions
Serving Suggestions
  1. Combine turkey, water, onion, seasoning blend and pepper. Mix well. Shape turkey mixture into five 1/2-inch-thick patties.

  2. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium heat. Add burgers. Cook 10 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center and meat thermometer reaches 165°F, turning once.

  3. Serve in buns.
