Magic Turkey Burgers

Ground turkey seasoned with poultry seasoning and formed into burgers. Served on hamburger buns.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 hamburger buns, split, toasted
  • No-stick cooking spray

Serving Suggestions
  1. Combine turkey, water, onion, seasoning blend and pepper. Mix well. Shape turkey mixture into five 1/2-inch-thick patties.

  2. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium heat. Cook burgers 10 minutes or until no longer pink in the center and meat thermometer reaches 165°F, turning once.

  3. Serve on buns.
