Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 large mangoes, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
- 3 kiwis, peeled, cut into chunks
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Whisk apricot preserves, lime peel and lime juice in medium bowl until well blended. Add mangos, kiwis and blueberries; mix lightly.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
