Maple Mustard Glazed Turkey Breast
An easy way to make glaze that adds a slightly sweet zesty flavor to your baked turkey.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (7 - 9 pound) Butterball® Frozen Whole Turkey Breast , thawed
- Directions

Combine all ingredients except turkey. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove gravy packet; refrigerate for another use or discard. Drain juices from turkey; pat dry with paper towels. Place turkey breast, skin side up, on flat rack in shallow roasting pan.
Bake turkey breast 1-1/2 hours. Brush with some of the glaze. Loosely cover breast with aluminum foil to prevent glaze from darkening too much. Brush with additional glaze after about 30 minutes.
Continue baking turkey until thermometer inserted in thickest part of muscle reaches 170°F. Remove turkey breast from oven. Brush with additional glaze. Let stand for about 15 minutes befofe carving.
