Orange-Glazed Turkey Breast

  • no-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (3 pound) Butterball® Boneless Turkey Breast Roast

Serving Suggestions
  1. Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with cooking spray. Prepare grill for medium indirect heat.

  2. Combine marmalade, mustard and salt in small bowl. Pour half of the mixture into another small bowl; set aside for serving with the cooked turkey.

  3. Place turkey on grill grate over drip pan. Cover grill with lid. Grill 1-1/4 hours, or until meat thermometer inserted in center of thickest part of turkey reaches 170°F. Brush occasionally with the remaining glaze during the last 30 minutes of the grilling time. Carve. Serve with the heated reserved glaze.
