Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (8 ounces) whole oysters
- 2 2/3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 packages (6 ounces each) STOVE TOP Herb Stuffing Mix

Melt butter on medium heat in large saucepan.
Add celery and onions. Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Meanwhile, drain oysters, reserving liquid. Chop oysters; set aside.
Add both and reserved liquid from oysters to saucepan. Heat on medium heat to boiling. Stir in STOVE TOP and chopped oysters. Cover pan; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff mixture with a fork before placing in a serving bowl.
