Pesto Turkey Panini
Hearty grilled sandwich filled with turkey, spinach, pine nuts and provolone cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons prepared pesto
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts, chopped
- 1 ounce thinly sliced provolone cheese
- 2 slices Butterball® Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 8 small spinach leaves
- No-stick cooking spray

Combine mayonnaise and pesto until well blended.
Spread evenly onto bread slices. Sprinkle 1 of the bread slices with pine nuts. Top with cheese, turkey and spinach. Cover with remaining bread slice, mayonnaise-side down.
Spray outside of sandwich evenly with cooking spray.
Preheat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 3 minutes on each side, or until sandwich is golden brown and cheese is melted.
