Ingredients

  • 1 package turkey franks, sliced
  • 2 cups prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package (10 ounce) refrigerated pizza dough
Directions
Serving Suggestions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the franks and spaghetti sauce. Spoon into four oven-safe bowls, small souffle dishes, or ramekins.

  2. Combine ricotta, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Top frank-sauce mixture with cheese mixture; sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Cover each bowl with a pizza dough square cut to fit top of bowl. Prick holes in the top with a fork so steam can escape.

  3. Place bowls on a cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned and the edges are bubbling. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
