Ingredients

  • 6 cup (8 ounces) baby spinach
  • 8 ounces Butterball® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Serving Suggestions
  1. For salad, place spinach in large bowl or on large platter. Top with turkey, strawberries, blueberries and pineapple chunks.

  2. For salad dressing, whisk oil, orange juice concentrate, mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl until well blended.

  3. Gently toss dressing with salad.
