Ingredients
- 2 thick bacon slices, (or 4 thin slices)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pound (16 ounces) Butterball® Fresh Turkey Bratwurst
- 1 large red baking apple, unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced
- spicy brown mustard

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 2 minutes.
Separate onion slices into rings; add to skillet. Cover; cook 4 minutes or until softened.
Uncover; push bacon and onion to edges of skillet. Add bratwurst to skillet; cook 16 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and no longer pink in center. Transfer bratwurst to serving plate.
Add apple to skillet; cook and stir with bacon and onion until apple is tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon mixture over bratwurst. Serve with mustard, if desired.
