Ingredients

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 1/2 inch wedges
  • 1 package (14 ounces) Butterball® Smoked Turkey Dinner Sausage , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
Directions
Serving Suggestions
  1. Heat grill or broiler. Toss vegetable squares in oil and season with salt and pepper, if desired.

  2. Thread smoked sausage with alternating vegetable pieces on 8 skewers.

  3. Grill or broil 10 minutes, turning often.

  4. Note: This may be assembled 24 hours in advance and simply cooked when needed
