Smoked Sausage and Vegetable Kabobs
Skewered smoked turkey sausage with bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and red onion.

Ingredients
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large red onion, cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- 1 package (14 ounces) Butterball® Smoked Turkey Dinner Sausage , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes

Heat grill or broiler. Toss vegetable squares in oil and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Thread smoked sausage with alternating vegetable pieces on 8 skewers.
Grill or broil 10 minutes, turning often.
Note: This may be assembled 24 hours in advance and simply cooked when needed
