Southwest Seasoned Filets with Avocado Salsa
Turkey filets seasoned with garlic and cumin, grilled and topped with avocado salsa

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound Butterball® Fresh Turkey Breast Filets
- no-stick cooking spray
- 1 avocado, peeled , chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 3/4 cup picante sauce

Combine garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper in small bowl; mix well. Rub mixture evenly on one side of each filet; let stand 15 minutes.
Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare grill for medium direct heat.
Combine avocado, cucumber and picante sauce in medium bowl. Grill filets 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the centers and meat thermometer inserted in centers reaches 165°F. Serve with salsa.
